Ordering INFO

PAYMENT BY CHECK, CASH, OR MONEY ORDER
You can pay by Check, Money Order, International Money Order or Cash by downloading and printing our Mailorder Form (72K pdf, you will need Acrobat Reader to view it). Checks should be made payable to: Indecision Records. You can fill out the order form and send it, along with payment to the address listed in the Contact Information on the right side of this page. Please do not forget to review the regular and foreign shipping rates and be sure to include the proper amount for shipping. California residents must also include 7.75% sales tax. Please be cautious when sending Cash, we are not responsible for cash lost or stolen in the mail. Please note all orders paid by check will be held until the check clears through your bank (can be up four weeks). If your check is not valid you will be charged a $25.00 bank fee.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
You can use Visa and Mastercard to pay for your online orders inside of our Store. There is a $10 (before shipping) minimum for all orders and California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax. Our online store is encrypted and secure and we do NOT store your credit card numbers anywhere on our servers.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
If you want to pay for your order via PayPal, you can send payment to paypal@indecisionrecords.com. We can only accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal users. Just make sure you add the correct amount for shipping and list all the items you want in your payment.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. We will only exchange defective merchandise. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving order. Items can only be exchanged for the same item.

CREDITS
If an item is out of stock, we will not charge your credit card. In the event that you mail in payment for an item that is out of stock, or you overpaid, we'll keep a credit balance on your account, and list the credit amount on your receipt. You must mention on your next order how much credit you have with us. Credits must be used within one year.
